Jumbo cookies can stay fresh in room temperature for up to 3 days when stored in a container, but it is advised to be kept in the fridge in hotter weather. Cookies with cream cheese should especially be stored in the refrigerator, as they taste better when cold. If not consumed within 2-3 days, immediately store them in the freezer and take out 2-3 hours before you eat them. You can also slightly warm them up for 20-30 seconds in the oven or microwave.
